Mixed-Use High-End Residential
High-End Residential · Design-BuildFive-story steel-frame new construction project consisting of 23 high-end condominiums, covered parking, and commercial units. High-end finishes throughout including custom cabinetry, hardwood floors, tiled bathrooms, and premium appliances. Managed as project manager and part-time superintendent — juggling multiple roles simultaneously throughout the project.
Military Headquarters Renovation
Government · OGSNew entrance and lobby connecting two existing buildings at a military installation. High-end finishes including tile flooring, custom security desk, metal ceiling, acoustic paneling, and exterior metal panel system.
Hospital Primary Care Expansion
Healthcare · Construction ManagementFull build-out of a new primary care addition within an existing second-floor shell space. Included all new MEP systems, partitions, finishes, storefront, and custom cabinetry.
University Student Housing Renovation
Education · Multi-PhaseMulti-year renovation program modernizing student housing units across several phases. Updated kitchens, common areas, and living spaces with durable, quality finishes. Each phase had to be planned and executed within a compressed summer window while students were out of session — requiring precise scheduling and coordination to meet hard move-in deadlines. Each phase was completed on or ahead of schedule through careful planning and workflow optimization.
