A New Way for Construction
Derived from the Latin for "new way," Vianova Construction is built on nearly a decade of commercial experience — bringing a fresh, leadership-driven approach to every project we take on.
The name Vianova reflects our commitment to a new approach to general contracting — through strong leadership, clear communication, and disciplined project management. As the link between the owner, design team, and trades in the field, the general contractor plays a central role in how smoothly a project runs and how well teams work together.
Previous project experience spans high-end residential, healthcare, higher education, government, municipal, senior living, and food service construction — ranging from small renovations to complex design-build projects exceeding $23 million in value.
Today, Vianova focuses on large residential renovations and small commercial construction projects requiring a high level of planning, coordination, and attention to detail. By bringing commercial-level project management practices to these projects, we help clients navigate construction with greater organization, transparency, and confidence.
What guides every project
At Vianova Construction, we are building toward a better direction — rooted in fairness, adaptability, and balance.
We believe in the fair treatment of all parties including owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and our team. In prioritizing integrity, we not only produce more successful projects, but we also create a better experience for everyone involved.
In a constantly evolving construction field, rigidity often leads to inefficiency. Vianova operates within a structured framework that promotes consistency while remaining flexible enough to respond to changing project conditions. We approach each project with a willingness to learn, adjust, and improve. By adapting to changing circumstances, we remain effective in an industry where conditions rarely stay the same.
We believe long-term success requires balance both on and off the jobsite. That means creating a work environment that supports our team while also being mindful of the communities we build within. In a field that often pushes toward extremes, we take a more sustainable approach that values both performance and well-being.
